Task V3 已经越过早期 proposal/backend-only 阶段：Harness、统一 Reasoner runtime、approval backend、owner/staff UI、全部 Managed objective cutover allowlist、首批人工签署评估与日常 quality workflow 的 source 都已进入 `main`。 - Checked-in environment config 中，TEST 的 Task V3 runtime gates 为 `true`，`pre` 和 `prod` 对应 gates 为 `false`。 - **Objective authority**：[`seedTaskObjectiveAuthorityDefaultsForStores()`](https://github.com/retaintive/callytics-infrastructure/blob/f2aba7390c902915610468cf76e48fda359bf07f/packages/common/src/domain/task-authority-provisioning.ts) 对新建或缺失 rows 写入 `create_lane=target`、`semantic_automation_mode=target`。 - **Automation tier**：[`resolveStoreAutomationTier()`](https://github.com/retaintive/callytics-infrastructure/blob/f2aba7390c902915610468cf76e48fda359bf07f/packages/common/src/control-plane/automation-tier/resolution.ts) 对成功读取但 row 缺失使用 `full_auto`；read failure 或无法识别的 stored value fail closed 到 `cautious`。 `full_auto` 仍不绕过 Guard、DNC、Store isolation、evidence、dedupe、idempotency 或 atomic writer。 ## Legacy retirement 仍是部分完成 [#1913](https://github.com/retaintive/callytics-infrastructure/pull/1913) 已移除第二个 AI semantic Task decider，但 `main` 仍保留 rollout/rollback 所需的 compatibility surface： - [`applyTaskAction()` stable facade](https://github.com/retaintive/callytics-infrastructure/blob/f2aba7390c902915610468cf76e48fda359bf07f/packages/common/src/domain/task-orchestrator/index.ts) 及 canonical legacy command adapter； - [persisted command compatibility reader](https://github.com/retaintive/callytics-infrastructure/blob/f2aba7390c902915610468cf76e48fda359bf07f/packages/common/src/domain/task-command-persistence-compatibility.ts) 和 [legacy projection mapping](https://github.com/retaintive/callytics-infrastructure/blob/f2aba7390c902915610468cf76e48fda359bf07f/packages/common/src/domain/task-policy/legacy-compatibility.ts)； - `contacts-analyzer` 的 [`createInvariantBackstopTask`](https://github.com/retaintive/callytics-infrastructure/blob/f2aba7390c902915610468cf76e48fda359bf07f/lambda/contacts-analyzer/src/handler.ts) deterministic invariant backstop。 这些残留不代表第二个 AI decider 仍在运行，但也说明 physical compatibility retirement 尚未全部结束。 ## Open follow-ups | PR | Live state | 还未进入 `main` 的能力 | | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- | | [#1997](https://github.com/retaintive/callytics-infrastructure/pull/1997) | **Draft / Open** | V3 Rollout control page、guarded cutover 与 kill switch UI | | [#1998](https://github.com/retaintive/callytics-infrastructure/pull/1998) | **Open** | 手工、只读的 dual-projection reconciliation CLI | Open PR 的描述与代码不能写成 `main` 已有行为；即使以后 merged，也仍需分别核验 deployment 与 runtime evidence。 ## Release claim boundary 当前可以说：**Task V3 Target source 已大幅落地，TEST 的 checked-in gates 已打开。** 当前不能说： -
