# OTF Lead Temperature 与 Follow-up Cadence

这是一套 OTF Lead 跟进节奏参考规则。它根据 Lead 创建后的时间改变 Lead Temperature，并随时间逐步降低强制联系频率。

核心流程：

Red Hot（0-3 天）
  → Hot（4-21 天）
  → Warm（22-60 天）
  → Lukewarm（61-90 天）
  → Cold（91 天以上）
  → Dormant（停止强制联系）
```

当前 retaintive 仅实现新 Lead 首次 `Lead Outreach` 的 **15 分钟 SLA**，尚未实现首次 Outreach 之后基于 Lead Temperature 的周期性 Follow-up Cadence。
